L’Autrement

Tasting note
A nose with black fruit and floral aromas. A straightforward and generous bouquet. A straight, taut and moderately dense, though well-structured, palate. Persistent, with fine and elegant tannins.

50% Merlot, 50% cabernet franc.
Winemaking and maturation
Plot-by-plot selection, no sulphites or additives, matured for 6 months in stainless steel vats.
