L’Audacieux
A wine made from a selection of the estate’s oldest vines, l’Audacieux boasts the kind of allure reserved for those who are convinced of their own power. Aged for 20 months in 500-litre new oak barrels, this wine offers great concentration, a noble character, and aromas of lively and ripe fruit, which mingle elegantly with subtle nuances from oak ageing. Its great depth and supple structure, without even a trace of harshness, lend this wine the potential to improve over time.
Tasting note
The nose is aromatic and offers a fine intensity, revealing notes of blackcurrant, light tobacco and delicate hints of wild strawberry. On the palate, this wine offers flavours of blackberry, raspberry and violet, along with touches of nutmeg.
