Les Merisiers

Les Merisiers is a Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux that reflects the power and authenticity of Merlot. The vines, surrounded by wild cherry trees, flourish on ferruginous clay soil. Produced using biodynamic methods and certified Demeter, this wine expresses respect for the soil and the vines. A wine that combines elegance, generosity and intensity.

Tasting note

Intense red colour, deep nose of black fruits, plums and subtle woody notes. The palate is full-bodied, fleshy and indulgent, with lovely freshness and remarkable length. A quintessential terroir wine, it reveals all the personality of Merlot grown on rich, structured soil.

Winemaking and maturation

Parcel-by-parcel vinification, fermentation at a controlled temperature below 25°C. Matured in barrels, with gentle and limited intervention to preserve the fruit and terroir.
